Miniature games usually require players to create armies, to paint them, sometimes to build miniatures from multiple pieces. Players then play with their unique armys on the board, which can be a pre-printed map, or an area made up of building models, natural obstacles, and so on. Miniature games are both modeling and gaming, allowing players to approach the game in a creative way, creating their own strategies by selecting miniatures army setup by their own.
